Is this medical or nutritional advice?

No. Services Cœliaque is an organization and analysis tool. It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or professional consultation.

Do I need to create an account?

Yes. An account is required to save your data, sync across devices, and secure access to your information.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Use the password reset option on the login screen. You will receive an email allowing you to set a new password.

How does billing work?

Billing works as a subscription based on your selected plan. Payments are processed securely by Stripe (a third-party payment provider).

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges, and access remains active until the end of the paid period.

Do you offer refunds?

As a general rule, subscriptions are non-refundable. Exceptions may apply if the request is made within the first 72 hours after subscribing, provided that the tools have been used minimally.

Where does the data come from?

Data comes from invoices you add to the app. Services Cœliaque does not automatically retrieve data from retailers.

Yes. You can correct an invoice if you detect an error (e.g., name, quantity, price). Reports and comparisons will update based on your changes.

No. Demo data is fictitious and remains local to your device. It is not sent to the server.
